Standard Delivery Service—3 Timeframes Offered

3:00pm-5:00pm ($25 delivery surcharge for this timeframe on Sundays & holidays)
Minimum balloon order for deliveries on Mondays through Fridays = $50.
Minimum balloon order for deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays = $100.
Same-Day Delivery Service
Same-day orders are guaranteed to be delivered by 5:00pm with the stipulation that someone must be at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery timeframe. Tighter timeframes are not offered for same-day delivery service.
Special-Delivery Service--When Timing is Critical
When a tighter delivery timeframe is desired, Special-Delivery Service may be available if the order is scheduled at least one day in advance. The following surcharges apply and are in addition to the standard delivery charge:

Exact-time delivery orders must be placed at least one day in advance.
Balloon Deliveries to a Business
If the recipient is unavailable when we arrive, the balloons will be left with a colleague or at a reception desk.
Balloon Deliveries to a Residence
Surprise deliveries cannot be guaranteed to residential locations. Standard procedure is to contact someone at the residence and arrange a delivery time to ensure someone will be at the residence to accept the order when we arrive. We cannot leave balloons unattended.
Balloon Deliveries to a Hospital
We will contact the hospital prior to delivery to ensure that balloons are permitted for the patient and to ensure that the patient is still a hospital guest. Latex balloons cannot be delivered to a hospital; only foil balloons (mylars) are permitted for hospital orders.
Balloon Deliveries to a Hotel
Deliveries to hotel guests are made in care of the front desk, bell desk or concierge.
Balloon Deliveries to a School
Not all schools permit balloon deliveries to students. Please check school policy before ordering. |
