Helium Tank Rentals

Party Fiesta Balloon Décor’s talented team of Certified Balloon Artists has a combined 20 years’ experience in the balloon and party industry and provides full-service balloon professionalism, including party rental items to help you be a balloon pro, too! We offer professional-quality helium tanks for rent at low rates in three convenient sizes: 55-cubic feet, 110-cubic feet and 260-cubic feet, as well as the highest-quality linens in an array of sophisticated colors to add that surprisingly-affordable finishing touch of elegance to every event!

Due to the world-wide helium shortage, Party Fiesta Balloon Decor regrets that we are unable to rent helium tanks of any size at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and will inform customers if and when we are able to resume helium-tank rentals. Thank you.

Tanks

55 Class tank is a steel tank weighing  35 pounds.
110 Class tank is a steel tank weighing  70 pounds.
260 Class tank is a steel tank weighing 160 pounds.

Inflation Time

When inflating balloons, please bear in mind that 11-inch latex balloons float for 14-18 hours, depending upon the method of sealing.

Service Information

Reservations

Arrangements for helium-tank rentals must be made by phone or in person through our retail store. We recommend that reservations be made at least one week or more in advance, when possible. Call: (408) 292-6000.

Standard Rental Period

Tank rentals are for a three-day period, with a charge of 50 cents per day per tank thereafter. Tanks rented on a Friday may be returned on the following Monday. If circumstances prevent the timely return of a tank, please notify Party Fiesta at (408) 292-6000 as soon as possible.

Extended Rental Periods

Special arrangements may be made with Party Fiesta Balloon Décor management for extended rental periods for 260 cubic feet tanks for an additional monthly fee. Please call Party Fiesta for details and rates: (408) 292-6000.

Tank  Delivery

For your convenience, rental tanks may be delivered by Party Fiesta for an additional fee (which ranges from $20 to $40, depending upon delivery location) or picked up by the customer at our store, which is located at 999 Lincoln Avenue, San Jose, CA 95126.

Deposits & Payments

Tanks may be rented with a valid California driver’s license or California DMV-issued photo I.D. and a cash or a credit-card deposit of $150 per tank. Company checks may be used in lieu of a credit card, acceptable at the discretion of Party Fiesta Balloon Décor. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but personal checks cannot be accepted as a deposit or as payment for helium-tank rentals.

Replacement Costs For Damaged Or Lost Equipment

Customers are required to read and sign Party Fiesta Balloon Décor’s written rental agreement prior to renting, and, per this agreement, customers renting equipment are liable for the replacement of any lost or damaged pieces at the following rates:
